A typical day was signing every military member in on my unit. I am responsible for arranging career goals, duties, deployments, retirements, promotions, demotions and properly filing all documents to its correct destination. I learned how to take orders precisely. The environment is an overall friendly, fun, and outgoing environment. The hardest part of the job was getting someone proficient in my job to train me on areas I needed. I was the only CSS for my unit while the other CSS were located in headquarters. The most enjoyable part of the job is my fellow air men and the love/respect people have for what we do to make a difference. It truly is one team one fight.
