Pros: Got experience with law enforcement.
Cons: I was treated like a child because I was 18 when I first started.
Location: Wilmington, NC
We completed security patrols to reduce and prevent violations or possible hazards to the local communities. After hurricanes and other disasters, provided survey and security for the community to minimize the recovery time. I had great management, that took care of us and prevented us from being over worked and assisted when needed. My co-workers were open and were willing to work together to accomplish all task assigned to us. The hardest part of the job was the long hours while trying to go to school.
