Career Recruiters are superior recruiters who will serve to establish a cadre of professional recruiters with long-term assignments in key managerial billets to improve the management and effectiveness of the recruiting effort. These billets include Staff Noncommissioned Officer in charge, instructor, Operations Chief, training team member, and liaison billets. Gunnery Sergeants serving as Career Recruiters may be considered for promotion to Master Sergeant and First Sergeant. Career Recruiters can anticipate a minimum 3-year tour in assigned key recruiting billets and should anticipate transfer to another key billet upon the completion of a 3-year tour.
I can't say anything bad about the Marines. I served for 12 years and it has helped me be a passionate leader, committed to building the future for any company. Industrious, dependable and action oriented leader who deftly manages weighty job requirements while generating positive results. Possess an excellent understanding of the fluid and dynamic nature of recruiting operations, make correct decisions and attain quality results. Well organized, mission oriented and provides the public an excellent example of a Marine Leader. So would I do it all over again and join the Marines? Absolutely!
