A typical day in the marine corps starts at 0530 with pt (physical training). It usually consist of a 3-4 mile run and some push ups and sit ups in between. I was an administrative specialist so my job was an important one. We took care of every marine and there family on mcb Camp Pendleton dealing with any admin issues (ex.Pay, promotions, discharges, new joins, etc.) What I learned is not only how to do administrative skills but also I learned how to better myself, work with a team, be a leader, take initiative, and always complete the mission.
